Natural or Antique
White oak is known for its natural beauty and is one of our most requested box beams. We often do not stain our white oak box beams, and can even sort for only standing dead material to give the box beams even more character. Pictured below are some unstained white oak box beams.
Another of our most requested box beams is antique Douglas Fir. These have been cut out of reclaimed factory beams and stained. Douglas fir offers much more customization for color and surface texture. Pictured below are surface ground Douglas Fir box beams with one of our custom stains.
